Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be able to make a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • They must include the original labels and packaging, if applicable.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged by misuse.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable).
  • Personal items are subject to return restrictions for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No replacement fee will be charged.

Refund process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Please note that banks may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not currently guarantee direct exchanges. Customers can place a new order once the return process is complete.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery, attaching photos and your order details.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue. If the shipping carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

If the package has not arrived within 30 days, you may request a refund.
